All project engagements, deliverables, timelines, payment terms, and intellectual property ownership are governed by separate client agreements executed between The Wingman Project and the client. These Terms & Conditions apply solely to the use of this website.

The brand pack is provided for evaluation purposes only. All materials within the pack remain the intellectual property of Wingman Labs, Inc. until a formal engagement agreement is signed and payment has been received. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use the brand pack materials commercially without written authorization.
Requesting a pack does not create a binding obligation on either party. We reserve the right to decline any request at our discretion. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
